A: My professional journey began with military service, where I developed the discipline, adaptability, and operational precision that continue to shape my work today. The transition from service to the corporate sector was a natural evolution driven by a desire to apply strategic and logistical expertise in a civilian environment. Over time, I gravitated toward event operations, where structure, planning, and execution align closely with the principles I learned in the service. This path ultimately led me to Messe Frankfurt USA, where I manage complex projects that demand accountability, attention to detail, and teamwork under pressure.

A: I take the most pride in maintaining the same level of commitment and integrity in my civilian career that I upheld during my service. The ability to remain consistent regardless of environment or challenge represents the true continuation of that legacy.

Q: On a lighter note – what’s your favorite way to unwind or recharge after a busy week?
A: I prefer quiet recovery time outdoors, reflection, and disconnecting from the pace of constant communication. It allows me to reset and return to the next week with focus and clarity.
Q: We’ve seen your dedication to staying active and particularly running — what’s your all-time record or what’s been your personal best in steps, speed, or kilometers?
A: My personal best for the marathon distance of 26.2 miles is 4 hours and 27 minutes, achieved at the New York City Marathon in 2017.
Q: Coffee, tea, or something stronger — what's your go-to pick-me-up after a long day?
A: Tea remains my default, straightforward, and effective. It mirrors the approach I take to most things: direct and purposeful. That said, I also make time to recharge through physical activity. A good workout or a long run helps me reset mentally and physically, and I balance it all with plenty of water to stay focused and energized for the next day.
